Katy Lakes Dentistry

So today was my initial visit with Katy Lakes and I am extremely glad to have found this place. I have been looking for a good dentist office for years now as my old favorite place changed to new management and went severely downhill. Well the young lady in the front was very helpful and pleasant. The next person was soft spoken Reyna who is as gentle as possible and explains everything she’s going to do. The hygienist is Natalie, again, great approach, explained everything well, and was very thorough with the cleaning. Lastly, was Dr. Peng. While not soft spoken, he’s very confident, explains things well, and gives off great vibes. Genuinely cares energy. Their facility is clean & the technology they use is more advanced than any place I’ve gone to in a lot of ways. I don’t know if I just the lottery on 3 of their best people, but if everyone else is the same way I’ll be coming for years to come. Oh, Netflix on the ceiling during your treatment too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ easily.

This was my first visit in quite a while, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding. They noticed I was nervous and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped put me at ease. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They made my experience so much better and I would highly recommend them!

We had such a great experience at this dental office! I brought both myself and my kids in, and everything went so smoothly from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and made all of us feel comfortable. I was especially happy that none of us had any cavities- always a win! 😊 The dentist was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. My daughter also had her spacer removed, and the process was quick and completely stress-free. They handled it so gently, which really helped ease any nerves. Overall, a very positive visit. Highly recommend this office for families!

I give this place a perfect 10 out of 10. The cleanliness is outstanding, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and they truly understand their customers’ needs. Finding a great dentist is tough, so I’m thrilled to have discovered this office.

I had an outstanding experience at Katy Lakes Dental and want to give special recognition to Maggie and the dentist who treated me. Maggie went above and beyond in every way possible. She was kind, professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Her attention to detail and genuine care were truly exceptional. The dentist was also excellent. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident that I was receiving top-notch care. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel genuinely valued as a patient. Katy Lakes Dental has built exactly that kind of experience. I highly recommend this office, and I especially recommend asking for Maggie. She deserves to be recognized for the amazing work she does, and the entire team should be proud of the outstanding care they provide.
