Sign in to reviewHorrible and Rude. Came out to fix my car. My car is still not working. He told me he was coming back never came back. When I reached him at 5 he is rude and threatening to not do my car because I was upset that he never communicated with me through out the day to tell me he was busy working on another vehicle. Then when I complained about the money for the battery that he replaced and the job not being finished, he said that’s no money you paid. As of my 338 dollars was not the top of his list because it had more expensive jobs to do. I’m a single mom and work hard to take care my daughters. It’s ridiculous to treat someone like this. And threaten to not come back to finish the repairs, because I kept calling to see when he was coming out today. The response is just proof of how nasty this man is. You reply I’m losing my mind because I ask you to fix the alternator now. You responded as if you were asked to come back for free. I was paying for the alternator to be fixed because my car is not working still.

They were prompt, efficient, and extremely helpful. They were able to come out and fix our car in our garage. Prices were EXTREMELY competitive and well worth it. Will definitely be using them again if something pops up.
Everyone told me I had alternator problems. Odrigue came and did a diagnostic before changing it, found out it was literally loose cables. Anyone else would have changed it and charged me extra. Really appreciate him, my car is now up and running. Check them out, really great people. Also gave me a quote before coming to fix car, so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Definitely want to mention he did most of this in the rain. He waited at least 20-30 minutes for it to stop raining so he didn’t have to double charge me since I am a bit far.
