Went there to do my taxes the first time I came to US. I wasn't aware of many deductions that can be claimed. I told him this is my first time here in USA, and relocated here. HE just asked for my W2, filled in the details from there into the software and told me to pay him around $100 for 10 mins typing job. I asked him if there were more areas to get refund like my relocation that was taxed, or my previous employer termination charges, but he didn't say anything. I got taxed for both. Later when I discovered this, I tried to contact him several times over email and phone. Never replies to emails. Over the phone, he is so rude, doesn't even know how to talk. This guy will disconnect in the middle of the talk when I try to tell him that I want to file amendment taxes. Go to him if you want your taxes to be filed by such unprofessional and uncultured guy.

*****0 stars absolutely***** Do not go to this guy for filing your taxes. He doesn't know what he is doing. I tried to reach this guy 2 times but couldn't , so I am having to write this review here. I had approached Keerthi in 2013 for filing my 2012 taxes and he did file my taxes for 2012, for my Ohio taxes I had told him that I paid City taxes for 2011 to city of Strongsville and so I asked him to file city taxes for 2012 also for which Keerthi said that city taxes are not required for people who work on W2 (I work on W2). He said that Only people working on 1099 need to pay city taxes. Recently city of Strongsville sent me a notice for paying 2012 city taxes for about 1600$ which I paid promptly. I got a second bill now, they are charging me 1400$ for penalty and interest. This happened because of This guy. extremely disappointed by his lack of knowledge. I am having to pay extra 1400$ because of him. He is unfit to practice tax filing business. I will give him minus infinity star rating if I could. Absolutely 0 stars to this guy!!!!

Beware... Save your time and unexpected tax issue. We worked with him back in 2014 and 2015. It's 2019 and we received the tax due notice from state. The penalty is really high $$$$ I wrote him to make sure what we need to pay for and why? He said employer did not informed to state OR I did not look thoroughly when I filed the tax return. Now, My penalty accrue interest on original amount on day to day basis and upon my asking how much I need to pay to the state. Taxpayer said that whatever in the notice - which is not true as penalty amount change on day to day basis. Being a tax professional, when you file tax return on someone's behalf, you sign the contract and agreement that if anything happen with the tax payer, tax professional is liable to handle all business. But here, this tax firm is putting their hands up. I would never recommend this business. Go to the H&R block or liberty and save your back with unexpected future tax headache.

Terrible and rude service. We had a number in mind(through some online sources) since we were newly married and filing jointly for the first time. He just typed in our w2s and said our return was XX. This was half of the number we had looked up. So my husband told him that he will cross check once and come back to file through him. To this he started yelling saying "if you know to file your taxes, do it yourself, don't waste my time". He also kinda chased us out of the office still yelling some stuff about professionalism. Isn't he the one being unprofessional by yelling on a client in his own office ? So much for the "free consultation" board put up in the office. I would recommend double check with other sources about your return. Actually HIGHLY recommend not going to this guy at all.

I stepped in to learn there were already people waiting in his office. I asked if it is possible to squeeze me in and was told to come back in couple of hours. I promptly thanked and walked out from there. I went back exactly after 2 hours and noticed there were still people seated and getting their return filed. However there were no more people waiting so I went and politely asked if I was next. I got a look of apathy and was rudely told to wait more time. I was also pointed out by him that there were customers with him as if I can't see that. I was shocked and surprised to see the way I was treated. I felt like I should immediately highlight that his way of greeting/receiving customers was not right. Maybe he doesn't see anything wrong with this but remember it is not your kith/kin/consanguine relative whom you are dealing with. Its your customer and learn to atleast have a minutest degree of reverence. After all it gives pays you back and gives your clients a sense of content including you. Of course I politely conveyed this to him and walked out. Bye for ever Keerthi Tax Solutions. My day unnecessarily got TAXED here :((
