Geni Manning was amazing to work with! I was having a difficult time selling my first investment property, a flip house. It hadn’t sold for over 6 months, and I was deep under water with the deal. Being our first deal, we made a lot of unforeseen errors, and these errors just seemed to keep piling up. I was feeling a huge weight on my shoulders. I was desperate and I didn’t know what to do. The only thing I could think of was that the previous agent listing was expiring, so I decided to try a different agent. I received a referral for Geni Manning, the realtor with Keller Williams that I have been working with. Right away she took action, virtually staging the house, marketing the house all over the area, and guiding me to transform the house into something that people would want to buy. Seemingly overnight, the number of showings and interest skyrocketed. I’m talking from 1 showing every 2 or 3 weeks before to multiple showings every single week after. Although it still took some time to sell because she was working from a starting disadvantage due to our errors, Geni was the one who pushed us over the finish line, and we finally just sold our first house to a family who needs it! Words can’t describe how it feels for this weight to be lifted. Thanks for all your help, Geni!

I normally do not leave reviews like this, but after watching what my sister and her husband went through during their home purchase, people deserve to know before trusting Keller Williams Frisco with something this important. I stayed there through the entire situation and watched the stress completely destroy them emotionally. Their furniture and belongings were already tied up in the move, the closing situation became a nightmare, and communication was extremely poor. I watched their dogs crying and distressed from constantly being moved around and trapped in the chaos, while my sister suffered multiple panic attacks and an anxiety crisis from the uncertainty and pressure of the situation. Buying a home is already stressful enough. A professional real estate company should make the process smoother, not push families into emotional breakdowns and housing uncertainty. If you want a smooth, professional, hassle-free home buying experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. For reference that photo is my sister and her husband sitting on the curb of the house with their whole furniture at 1 am before seller was “kind enough to let them store it inside” and next day lock the door on their face when they tried to retrieve it.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sally Mireles and her team for an extended period, and I must say, they are excellent agents who work tirelessly. Sally is a major giver who gives back to the community, particularly to veterans, …

Update! Absolutely awful customer service. Spoke with Howard Rose III twice and both times he promised to call me back, and he never did. Kym Loyd who was our agent, was also extremely dishonest, as she did not disclose extremely strong pet odor that was present in one of our rental homes for over four months until it was brought to my attention by the new tenant. The amount of financial loss Kym and her unethical broker(s) cost us, is staggering. They never made any attempts in resolving this matter and this cannot be swept under the rug. This is another way of ignoring and bullying a client. Do not give business to this office. This is how the broker and Kym Loyd treat their clients, when it comes to her lack of fulfilling her fiduciary duty as an incompetent agent. When it comes to solving a problem, they abandon their clients.
