Dr. Isom is the best doctor. He has delivered my 3 kiddos (including twins) and is so kind and knowledgeable. He listens and is really easy to talk to and just overall a great person and doctor. I highly recommend him for all OBGYN related issues/hormones etc…and his staff is so sweet. Loved seeing him at my visit today!
They decided to wait 3 years to contact me about a bill I had. I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical and was told nothing at the time I scheduled. The portal didn’t show that I had a balance. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance and I wasn’t told once that I wouldn’t be able to actually see my provider unless I made the $400 payment in full. I get to my appointment and am told at the counter that I can’t see my provider unless I pay this exorbitant amount that I don’t even know is accurate! WOW. I came to this appointment under the impression that this would be $0 out of pocket and took time off work to be turned away. I was told by the front desk staff that this is a new policy they’re implementing. Sure does sound great for business to me 😒INCREDIBLY unprofessional and I will make sure that I never come back and will tell everyone I know about the treatment I received from this place.
I am elated to have Dr Jordan as my PCP. She is consistently concerned about my well being. At each visit she is pleasant, she addresses my concerns, makes great suggestions, and maintains a highly professional atmosphere.Her staff is likewise a joy to interact with. She is the PCP for me and my wife. Both of us are very happy to be under her care.
Dr. Nguyen is incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. I've never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. Highly recommend!"
