I had the best experience with Savannah today! She absolutely transformed my hair with a beautiful color and cut that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great professional advice, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Savannah is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her clients. First off, the salon is beautiful, clean, and has a good vibe. The girls were so professional, warm, and great at their craft. Rachel was very attentive, hospitable, and on top of it. She took good care of my curls and my hair turned out great! The experience from start to finish is top tier. I not only received a great service and final product, but tips and hair education on how to help my hair be healthier. Absolutely recommend Kenna Kunijo salon!

My experience was mostly positive. I went in for a consultation for a Keratin treatment and a swatch test to do highlights. My consultation they pick me up about 15 minutes late, which isn’t a huge deal and it went by pretty quickly. They told me they would call me for the results of my swatch test. Which they didn’t. I return for my Keratin treatment a month after the consultation. The overall atmosphere was fine, my hairstylist was polite and cordial, and we made small talk for the first hour or so. I left with specific instructions for my treatment and felt overall comfortable with everything. The next day I was able to shampoo out my treatment with the sulfate free shampoo and it did not work. My hair was greasy and sticky for a few days when I finally reached out to their text line and they were able to direct me to a clarifying sulfate free shampoo. My hair looks and feels fantastic a week after treatment. My stylist also did finally provide me with the test strand and was very helpful for my potential lightening options. We see a lot of hairstylist online and the camaraderie between stylist and client and I’ve just really been hoping for someone to connect with to continue doing my hair. For such a beautiful salon and such a high price point I don’t think I’ll be returning. Nothing was outright terrible which is why I left four stars, but I feel I could find a better atmosphere and more stylist connection at a different salon. Finally, I just wanted to add the voicemail I got about changing my long-term length of treatment over financial concerns. The voicemail just had me laughing because the front desk seemed to be questioning themselves with the amount of “ums”
