KING CRAB PARADISE

Visit date 5/30/26: This was my first visit here, and overall the food was very good. My mother and I ordered Bucket #5, Bucket #6, and hush puppies. Everything tasted great except the shrimp included in one of the buckets. My mother noticed the shrimp had an off flavor, and after I tried one, I agreed. We informed our waitress, who was excellent throughout the entire visit. She took the shrimp to the kitchen, and later told us that staff had tasted it themselves and agreed something seemed off. Initially, we were told we would still be charged for the shrimp we had tried, but after our waitress advocated for us, the shrimp was removed. The issue came when the bill arrived. Instead of simply removing the shrimp portion, the restaurant changed the combo meal to individual items. As a result, my mother lost the value of the combo pricing even though the shrimp was removed because it tasted wrong. I want to emphasize that the waitress was wonderful and everything else we ate was delicious. My disappointment is with how the situation was handled by management. When a restaurant acknowledges that part of a meal isn't right, I believe there should be a better effort to preserve the value of what the customer originally ordered rather than quietly changing the pricing structure. I would have gladly returned because the food was otherwise very good, but this experience left me feeling that the issue was never truly resolved.

First time eating at this place. The food was delicious, seasoned well and good size portions. Fresh and hot. The staff was extremely nice and engaging. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. They do to go orders as well! I highly recommend. It's BYOB.

King Crab Paradise in Arlington is an absolute gem! The customer service is beyond amazing — the staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. The crawfish were spot on: fresh, perfectly cooked, and the seasoning was just right with so much flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and the experience they give their customers. Highly recommend if you’re craving great seafood. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back! 🦞🔥

Absolutely do not eat the shrimp. I've been here several times and service and food was good. However, my last visit left me with a stomach ache all night. Everything (corn, potatoes, and egg) except my crab taste spoiled. The shrimp were mushy, sticking to the shell and discolored. They taste horrible couldn't eat. Their resolution for a $40 meal was to offer me $9.74 refund. Will never go back!!!!

Great selection of food, and friendly service. Amy was awesome and really makes you feel at home here! We love this place every time we come and we will definitely be back again!
