Food lovers visiting this community shopping destination will discover a rich lineup of culinary choices. The plaza features several dining options serving classic Asian and Vietnamese staples, including fragrant bowls of noodle soup, hearty rice platters, and popular street treats. 05/28/23: this plaza is great overall but it is better cleaned by removing all the garbage and resolving all the homeless issues. That would be great. All small businesses are great and they are doing well. Love coming back if I have time

Good place if you like your Asian market scenes. From dim sum, boba, fresh seafood, to foot massages- lots to offer here. Stores can be intimidating if not used to butcher/ seafood smells. Worth the experience to visit. The whole place could be cleaner but that’s just me.

Always busy, shoppers need full lessons in parking etiquette. Double parking by others here is a nightmare at times.

This plaza has a decent amount of stores, restaurants, and businesses ranging from noodle, rice dishes, and desserts. I usually go for pho and sugarcane drinks. The drawback is that the homeless have been on the stairs and at times you can smell urine. I wonder if they need to start making the gate and locking it daily once the business is closed for the day. But that would be too much hassle for businesses.
