Misleading information, they pack the bill with a lot of miscellaneous and also tell you that your vehicle will need more repairs that are not necessary to charge you more. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . Horrible experience

I called this 24/7 mobile mechanic and they took over 3 hours to arrive, even though they promised to be here in less than one. When they finally showed up, they didn’t have the right tools and seemed completely unprepared. They couldn’t fix the issue and still charged me for the visit. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I do not recommend this service at all.

Do not go there at m&m they will ruin your car for extra money for them..I took the car for a simple water pump change because it broke and car could not be driven because it will overheat.. he apparently fixed it and filled up the car with water instead of coolant!!! The car was overheating after so I called my regular mechanic and found out he had added water instead of coolant.yes some cars can run with water but immediately my check Infineon come🛑🛑🛑 extra 80$ I had to spend to fish it out at another mechanic shop but he kept on telling me and lying to me that I had supposedly added water in the car instead of coolant..it never made sense because I have always had my maintaine in one shop that is legal well known company ‘take 5’!! So when I told him if the water pump broke then the water shouldn’t be in the tank or engine!!! So I tasted the ‘coolant and yes clearly it was water ‘ so he tell me he will flush out the water for 130$ and I should have oil change for 60$ ….wait what my regulator oil change is 38$ after taxes at my regular shop!!! Then come break pads and he will do it for extra 150$.the brake have never 👎 made any issues because I installed brand new when I bought the car 2yrs ago!!! Then I should also have him take care of the ‘oil leaking’…didn’t even ask how much he would charge because they wasn’t any oil leak but from the previous repair I had done !!!😂😂😂 When Willie the owner realized I was not his type to fool he started cooperating and being nice !!! Be careful and yes I am a woman but some things should be questioned and he should be fined..thank you I can’t even give one star it should be 0.0 rate Now I am going to have it checked again on his work from the water pump!!!!
