Sign in to reviewThis WAS my goto place for lashes until Kristy rushed through a set on me , which made it so many of them fell out & some were sticking together to where I felt a lot of discomfort ….. I went in on a Tuesday at 3:30pm & she was done by 4:30pm (rushed because she had to pick up her kids) , for the remainder of that day I didn’t mess with my lashes or brush them , they seemed okay .. the next 2 days (Wednesday & Thursday) I woke up & bushed them regularly , to my surprise many of the lashes on the right eye started falling out & I started feeling a little disappointed about the quality of my service - I had to go on with my days & goto work . Then the 4th day I woke up (today is Friday) the outer corner of my right eye lashes were causing discomfort like it was pulling on something , when I investigated closer I noticed 3 lashes were stuck together in a glue clump … I tried pulling them apart to separate them & they all came out attached to one or 2 natural lashes . Now there’s a big chunk missing & I barely got them done on Tuesday ! Hasn’t even been a whole week ! So I had contacted Kristy & let her know . Now my issue is she wants to charge me to fix a problem that SHE CAUSED by not being patient ? She RUSHED through my lash appointment so she could pick up her kids from school ; I could’ve waited for a better service or rescheduled … tbh she schedules clients way too close to each other to where she doesn’t do her best on everyone , but yet she wants everyone to pay top $$$ . She seems to be money hungry at this point & that’s sad because I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR OVER 2 YEARS . With all that said , I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN & I urge new clients to go somewhere else , where your service will be taken seriously . I also regret ever sticking up for her when other clients were unhappy with their services as well !!!

This place is cute, adorable and very welcoming. I have been coming to Kristy since February 2023 for my "Classic Eye" extensions and I absolutely love it! I have oily skin so mascara and false lashes melt on me by end of the day - and yes I did use waterproof! Now, with lash extensions it is easier for me to get ready for work every day. I see Kristy every two weeks for my fills. My appointment for my fill only takes 45 minutes and Kristy is very thorough to make sure i feel comfortable and I am happy with the results. I leave there feeling beautiful and refreshed. Thank you, Kristy.
