She took her time with me & explained everything very carefully and in simple language I could understand instead of medical terminology so I feel very comfortable and confident this will be what helps me for certain. Thank you Koya for having such a great product & very knowledgeable, caring product specialists!
Trenton and Ashley are probably the best customer service people I have ever encountered in my 66 years and that is saying a lot! They know their stuff. Everything about the equipment, how to use it and what to expect. These 2 should be at the top of the company! Plus they are so nice and cheerful. Christina from billing is right there with them. They all deserve promotions and raises!
Trenton! What a credit you are to your Company! My initial contact with Koya Medical was very positive. Trenton demonstrated the equipment with knowledge and expertise. His sense of humor and relaxed manner were charming. The equipment arrived in a timely manner and he found time to come to my home again to help me as I had a few questions. I should also mention Tiffany who showed great patience with me by phone in answering my questions. I have high hopes that given time the swelling in my legs will be reduced , as each session (1hour a day) is a comfortable and relaxing experience with visible results.
Recently my vascular physician prescribed a Koya device for leg swelling and discoloration due to edema. I called Koya to send a technician to come to my home to measure my legs preliminary to getting the device. Koya sent their employee, Garret, to my home. I was impressed with Garrett from the start. He arrived right on time and took the appropriate measurements. Garret proved to be incredibly knowledgeable about my condition and about the device. He answered ALL of my questions and addressed all my concerns. He gave me his phone number so I could call for any additional questions or requests for additional hybrid socks that go under the device. Garrett communicates clearly and has the ability to explain issues so they are understandable. He explained how my insurance will work. Garrett’s upbeat attitude lifted my spirits…. No small task. Any patient considering a Koya device would do well to insist that the home visit be conducted by Garrett. I give him an A+!
Koya came highly recommended by my vascular doctor. Michael explained everything and made the process very comfortable when he came to measure and demonstrate the device. I could already see a difference in my leg swelling just from wearing it for 10 minutes. It also feels really nice!
