Was getting a good massage by this masseuse and then they switched to a to a beginner masseuse….not even half way through….….and when I asked for the first masseuse to continue for me, they called in the receptionist to explain to me that she has an appointment…uhm…if that’s the case then they should NOT confirm with me that they have time for a 90 minutes massage. I was so confused, mad, all my knods are still on my back and neck and this beginner masseuse did not even get them for me. Waste of money and time!!! Unprofessional!!!!!
Excellent My first time and it had been a while I needed a good foot and back massage. Lady asked me if a man was ok and I thought we’ll as long as nothing gets stirred up I’m cool with it. Turned out awesome. Great vibe chill atmosphere professional and respectful. Clean room and cozy. I had to tip $20 cause dude did a great job. Definitely coming back and getting a more deep tissue massage for over an hour most likely 2. Thank you King Fu Foot Massage I will definitely be back and thank goodness nothing got stirred…haha!
Gave my wife a bruise on her arm! They were rough and even had a beginner come in half way through and definitely didnt care about customers.
It’s not recommended place for relax, due to massage therapist doesn’t know how to do massage , every noise from staff talk and other clients. Frist time and last time too.
This was my first time trying KungFu Foot Massage with a friend, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience from beginning to end. We booked the 70-minute massage for $40, but in reality, we only received about 50–55 minutes of massage. That would have been somewhat acceptable if the service had been good—but it wasn’t. We were assigned one male and one female staff member. Throughout the entire session, they kept talking loudly to each other in their own language, and even spoke to other people outside the room. It completely ruined the peaceful environment we expected from a massage experience. On top of that, they frequently used their phones during the session, which is incredibly unprofessional and made it feel like we were not being respected as customers. My friend mentioned that the male masseuse clearly had no training or skill. It felt like he was just randomly placed there to fill in a spot. His massage was inconsistent, lacked any real technique, and honestly felt like he didn’t know what he was doing at all. After the session, they gave us water and walked us to the front. But as we were stepping out the door, they physically stopped me by grabbing my hand and made repeated gestures (speaking in Chinese) that we had to give them more tips. It wasn’t just one time—they insisted again and again, making us feel very pressured and uncomfortable. When I gave them a cash tip, they reacted rudely and said “What??” as if the amount wasn’t enough. It felt greedy, ungrateful, and completely inappropriate. I’ve never experienced something so unprofessional at a massage place before. It didn’t feel like a relaxing experience at all—it felt rushed, careless, and aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere where they treat customers with respect and provide the service they advertise. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
