⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend LD Automotive enough! After multiple shops told me my Honda Civic had a blown head gasket and needed expensive repairs, I was ready to sell the car. Thankfully, I decided to get one more opinion, and that decision saved me thousands of dollars. Todd took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of jumping straight to the most expensive repair. He performed a coolant flush, replaced the thermostat, thoroughly tested the vehicle, and kept me updated every step of the way. It was obvious he genuinely cared about finding the actual problem instead of just throwing expensive repairs at it. In the end, the car didn’t need a head gasket after all. The repair ended up costing around $300 instead of the thousands I had been preparing for. After being without the car for over a month, it was such a huge relief to have it running great again. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days, but Todd and everyone at LD Automotive have earned a customer for life. They were knowledgeable, transparent, fair, and never tried to sell me repairs I didn’t need. Their honesty, communication, and attention to detail truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, I highly recommend LD Automotive. Highly recommended Very reliable, knowledgeable and most importantly honest shop. Pricing is also very fair. Coming from someone who prefers to repair vehicles themself, L.D. Auto is a great option for any needs from simple alignments to detailed motor work. They know there stuff here and no corners are cut. Hard to find shops like this in DFW from my personal experiences.

I’ve been coming to LD for regular normal maintenance stuff for the past six years but when my car ran into some major issues recently Todd and all the guys at the shop (the owner too!) spent so much time, effort and expertise making sure my car ran smoothly and safely again. They were always patient to explain anything that was going on too. You will not find another shop ran with such integrity and kindness. Absolutely appreciate everyone and all the work they do at LD.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. LD replaced the turbo on my diesel truck, and the entire experience was nothing short of Excellent. The work was completed professionally, and the truck is running great. I would highly recommend LD Automotive to anyone needing quality work done on there vehicle.

Spoke to Tod. called to discuss concerns about my car because I wanted reassurance that they would reliable, honest and my car will be fixed. As a woman, I know nothing about cars, so trust is important here. I’m trusting with my money and safety in case the car break down on me at night or something. Instead of acknowledging that concern, I was asked in a dismissive way, “Tod: asked What does being a woman have to do with the car?” I explained that my point was about personal safety if I were stranded, but the response he kept repeating “I don’t care, I treat everyone with respect.” No special treatment here! He added. I guess, He has issues with women! I wasn’t asking for special treatment I was asking for my safety concerns to be understood. As a customer, I rely on automotive professionals to ensure my vehicle is safe, and I expected a conversation that addressed those concerns. Unfortunately, I left the call feeling unheard, and because of that, I decided to cancel my appointment. I don’t need to feel dismissed and if I feel my car concerns worry’s me because I am a women those feelings should simply be acknowledged (basically Tod didn’t have to agree or be confrontational book the appointment, fix the car, be honest, reliable and get your money! Instead I got argumentative, aggressive guy with dismiss behavior and that’s before I even book an appointment. LOL sorry the positive reviews won’t make me change my mind because they are all from new accounts. SKIP ⏭️
