Hair coloring is one of the services highlighted in customer feedback. Some customers praise the team's patience, care, and attention to quality, while others report concerns about being seen in order or receiving clear pricing information. This practical approach can help align the visit with your needs.

I've been going to L&L Beauty Salon for about 3 years now and I live over an hour away from there. I am very very picky about how I want my hair to be cut and colored and once I find someone that does a good job I will stick to that one person and for me it is Helen. She is the first chair at the front and she is very professional and so nice. I never upload pictures of my haircuts but this time I decided to do just that. Thank you Helen for the beautiful cut and color that you did yesterday. I'm a senior so its nice that my hair always looks healthy and pretty.

“Look at this girl in the picture. I waited so long for her to cut my hair while the salon was packed, and my turn kept getting skipped again and again. I even sat next to her chair waiting patiently, but she still allowed other people before me. Then she told me that I didn’t like my last haircut and that my wife had shown her a picture before, which completely confused me. If I didn’t like her haircut, then why would I wait specifically for her again? It makes no sense. I believe there was a misunderstanding, but the way I was treated really hurt my feelings. It was not about the long wait — it was about feeling ignored, refused, and embarrassed in front of everyone. No matter how talented a stylist or salon is, people always remember how they were treated and how they were made to feel. Sadly, because of this behavior and experience, I left the salon and DON’T GO WITH THIS LADY .”

This is an amazing salon. They are the most patient people who really take care of you and make sure that they are not compromising on the quality. They try their best to attend to each and every customer and people who say that they are unprofessional have issues of their own. The staff is very polite and is very straighforward. English is not their first language but so is the case with a lot of people who come here. There is a reason why this salon is packed all the time. I personally saw a person getting angry after waiting for merely 5 minutes. He took the picture of one of the staff and posted it saying that she is rude and not helpful. First of all, that is clear invasion of privacy since he did not take her consent before taking her photo! Imagine if someone had taken a photo of hos wife or daughter like that without their consent!!!! His wife was there as well and said nothing about it to him (obviously). He went and sat in his car and wrote the nasty review. After sometime she went and called him back, he was attended by the lady that he liked(helen). She patiently did everything for him and after all was done he just refused to take down the review and left. His wife kept saying ‘he is very angry’ and left as well. Please do not listen to anyone writing bad about anyone in this salon. They are a bunch of very hardworking women trying to do the absolute best that they can. I understand there can be bad experiences but there is really no need to malign them for no reason

Worst salon experience and extremely rude staff. I went in with an appointment just a few hours before my maternity shoot, expecting a simple wash and blow-dry. Over the phone, I was told the cost would be $35, while the price board in the salon stated $25 and up. When I asked to confirm the price before starting, I was suddenly told it would be $50. When I said that I wouldn’t have come had I known this earlier, the staff member began arguing and yelling at me at 10 AM, while shampoo was already in my hair. The entire situation was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. She then said she doesn’t even know how to blow-dry long hair and that curling it would be an additional charge. I told her to just finish washing my hair and that I didn’t want any other services. She left my hair dripping wet, asked me for a hair tie, tied my wet hair, and then demanded $20 just for the wash. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no respect, especially toward a pregnant customer on an important day. This was a pathetic and humiliating experience, and I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Women doing this to women is not acceptable.

I asked Lynn to do a balayage on me and even though I had previously used blue black boxed hair dye, Lynn did an absolute PHENOMENAL job. She was patient with me and we experimented with toner and color and we got the exact shade we wanted. My hair went from green/blonde ends to a subtle ash brown color with a shadow root. Absolutely astonished! I’ve included my before pics (blue black hair) and my after (brown hair).
