Terrible experience with this agency and Kimberly Tapia. I contacted them solely to reinstate a policy that had been canceled because they never processed the payment properly. Instead of doing what I requested, they switched me to a cheaper policy while still charging me the cost of the previous policy, without clearly explaining the process or the fees involved. I paid $1,544, and they kept $496 in commissions or fees. At no point was it clearly explained to me why that amount was being withheld, nor was I properly informed about the changes they were making. As soon as I realized what they had done, I requested a refund that same day because I did not agree with how they handled my case. However, more than a week has passed, and I still have not received a response or a resolution. The lack of communication and follow-up has only made my experience worse. As a customer, I felt misled and extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism. I recommend that anyone doing business with this agency carefully review every document and demand detailed explanations of all charges before handing over their money. I will definitely never use their services again, and I would never recommend them.
