Initially got the insurance due to no license, which is good because of no other options. I got licensed and continued with future policies, but i had to pay $220 to start new policies. Monthly premiums were low. I had multiple administrative failures during my service which were; incorrect name on my policy, failure to provide towing information and giving me the runaround when trying to cancel after being automatically charged without consent of renewal. Previously i had to call and sign new agreements for each policy every 6 months. I was transferred 3 times having to explain myself of cancellation each time to someone new. They have nice people employed, but it seemed to me they were incompetent. Oh and they told me I initially talked to the offices in Pasadena and had it been elsewhere it would have been different.
I recommend a this insurance company whole heartedly. The representative by the name of Jasmine is absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions, made sure I was completely comfortable , and made sure the rates she quoted me was a good fit. She’s very patient and knows lot about what she does. You can tell her qualifications is the reason she is exactly where she is. I’m truly grateful and impressed.
Destiny was great . Very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Gave a detailed explanation on several options. Highly recommended.
