Dr Mechev is an incredible dentist. He has successfully added bone to a place where I had significant bone loss & place 2 dental Implants (where I had no bone before). Prior to this I was not a candidate for dental Implants. Dr Mechev added tissue to make my gums look more natural around my two new teeth! He is an incredible dentist! I am honored to be his patient. Definitely the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Recently had my wisdom teeth removed here and had a great experience! The dentist Dr. Mechev is so kind, patient, and makes sure you are never in pain. The dental hygienist Giovanna is the same and really cares for your teeth. Lorena at the front is amazing as well and always so helpful. I love this place! I highly recommend them to everyone!
5 star dentist experience in La Mesa. I am an Australian and visit San Diego every year. I had a dental emergency and needed a dentist. I visited a dentist in La Mesa. Dr Mechev has a beautiful,modern and super clean dental office in La Mesa. After I had a ct scan, 3d xray I was treated successfully for my dental emergency. I also inquired about options for dental implants and bone grafting. I was told in the past that bone grafting is needed in some cases. Dr Mechev explained everything very well about dental implants treatment and showed me his personal portfolio of dental implants cases similar to mine that he has done over the years. I was so impressed that I decided to have my bone grafting and dental implants done in San Diego - La Mesa. I can’t wait to come back next year so I can have my work finished and see my favourite dds :) Thank you Dr Mechev and La Mesa Dental Center.
Dr Medvec and staff are wonderful. Very professional and courteous. Dr. Medvec is a very skilled dentist. He has the latest training and technology. He takes great care in developing a plan whether it is simple or in my case a much nore complicated treatment. Have been going to his office for years.
