Came for my birthday dinner, Winnie was amazing. Had the calamari, AMAZING. Our dinner was short and sweet, she was extra accommodating. Will definitely be back for the Lump Crab friend rice again.

La Moon was amazing. It's a nice little hide away tuck the busy area of North Virginia Highlands. The owner David aka Mr. Hollywood makes this restaurant looks easy to run. It is a fun and welcoming with a story to tell vibe. The food was delicious. I had the shaken beef with a side of fried rice. Nice tender and juicy pieces of beef over lettuce and bell peppers well seasoned mixed with a fork full of fried rice was savory taste to my taste buds. Our server Winnie like Winnie the Pooh was great. She made our dinner exciting and enjoyable. We had a great time. I would love to go back to try the seafood pasta which looked delicious. The parking was not bad. I parked across the street of the restaurant for $6. But there was free valet parking behind the restaurant but I didn't notice it until after the fact. The restaurant also includes the tip on large parties. So, 4 or more it is automatically included in your bill. Go and enjoy La Moon!

SUPERB! Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Atlanta. The food and service was stellar across the board. The decor is also nice with a mix between Asian and New Orleans flare. They have an intimate, narrow dining room with a Bourbon Street-style patio area in the back. We started off with the green beans, wings and gyoza. The wings had a delicious flavor while being juicy with a slightly crispy skin. I’d order these a millions times again. The gyoza also had a delicious chicken filling. The green beans had an awesome Smokey flavor and nice snap with every bite. It was PERFECTION. We sampled a parade of entrees that came to our table including the shaken beef, chicken, ginger snapper and chicken and shrimp pad Thai. It was all so perfect and flavorful but the ginger snapper stole the show. It was lightly fried with a slightly crispy skin and juicy meat on the inside. There was a burst of flavor in every bite. I need to run back and get this again. I got the butterfly kisses (gin, elderflower, lavender, lemon) and the blue coconut rum punch. They were both good but the butterfly kisses was my favorite. It tasted lighter and stronger. The coconut rum punch was a bit more like juice to me - very sweet. The owner, David, was so lively and hospitable. At any given moment he was checking up on our table or asking us if we wanted shots. The lemon drop shots were so refreshing and great. This is a place you need to add to your list and visit sooner than later. It’s a hidden gem in Virginia Highlands. It’s an enjoyable place with even better food. Please be advised that you might have to search a bit for free street parking or you can easily park in a $6 lot across the street. Either way, this is worth a visit for an exceptional meal.

i've had nothing but the absolute best experience here and of course it's because Lili takes such good care of us! their garlic green beans is a must as an appetizer and the fried tofu is also good...their beef fried rice is the best beef fried rice i've ever had in my life! they are heavy handed with the meat which i appreciate because the steak is cooked to perfection in this dish...their chicken pad thai is also really good! i also tried their lychee mocktail and it was very nice as well...overall i will continue to come here for the wonderful and over the absolute top service and the top notch food that they serve...everyone who comes here is treated like family and that's something you can't buy!
