Went to lady b salon on December 24,2025 for a consultation with Bridget as new client. Got there early with me and my husband driving an 1.5hr to get there to see no one was there. There was a card inside the card holder by the door that had Bridget’s number so i texted that number and the number that reminded me of the appointment. I know people were busy on Christmas Eve but I could have understood if she wanted to cancel that appointment before I came all that way. After texting both numbers I was able to see that the direct number from Bridget’s card read the text but didn’t respond. In which, was unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. At least she could have said she forgot or something but nothing. So I will not be returning because if you do it once you’ll do it again. I try to support black businesses but if this if how you treat people the first time then you’re saying you don’t need or want the business and the word of mouth for more clients. I would give no stars but that is not an option.
Bridget does an excellent job with my hair! I have severe alopecia and she makes my hair look so beautiful. She is very skilled at working with alopecia clients. She is always on time, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her as a talented hair stylist!!
Lady B must stand for Brilliant! She took very good care of me and my hair. The salon is safe and sanitary. She used the best products on my hair and made me feel so beautiful with her services. I had the best time with her, she is very sweet and personable. First visit and this won’t be the last.
