I had a dead car battery and was left stranded. I asked several people for help. Ms. Aaliyah was the only person to acknowledge my request for help. She stated she didn’t have jumping cables, but would go ask a coworker. She came back with Ms. Genesis, that had jumping cables. Both ladies helped to jump start my truck. They didn’t have to take time away from work, but they did. They both were very fast, polite, understanding, kind, empathetic, sympathetic, and very approachable. I’m so grateful for the service help from Ms.Aaliyah and Ms. Genesis at Laguna Dental in Irving.
They did a painful procedure for me and, apart from that, they did not call me back to attend my next appointment, they leave you alone when they put on anesthesia, they are very unprofessional, I would not recommend it. L
