Visitors mention massage sessions that focus on the areas they identify as bothersome, including the upper back, neck, shoulders, and smaller muscles that can be easy to overlook. One reviewer praised a therapist for listening carefully and adjusting pressure to suit their needs. Another described receiving an hour-and-a-half massage followed by a 30-minute foot massage. These are examples from individual customer experiences, not a guarantee of a particular treatment or result. If you have a specific concern or preferred pressure, sharing that information with your therapist before or during the session can help guide the visit.

The feedback may make Lakeside Massage Spa a fit for people who spend long hours at a desk and want attention to back or shoulder tension, as well as visitors seeking a massage while in Metairie. Reviewers name therapists including Andy, Jack, and Julie, and describe them as thoughtful, professional, or particularly attentive. Some customers report going back over time, while one reviewer notes that walk-ins are accepted. Together, these comments give prospective guests a practical sense of the experience others have had, while individual preferences and results naturally differ. The spa’s reported focus is massage care rather than a broad list of unrelated services.
