Lamya was completely professional, while simultaneously making the experience light and pleasant. She explained the process of getting my perm done while we were going through the steps, and had no issues with giving me a last minute trim as well as layering, despite me only booking for a perm. She even offered me something to drink while I was in. After everything was said and done, Lamya pointed me in the right direction for some good curly hair products, as well as answered any questions I had about upkeep during the first three days. All said and done, I got exactly what I wanted hair-wise, and found my new go-to salon for future perms! Can gladly say that she’s made a loyal customer out of me!
