Five stars for a shop that didn't even end up working on my high roof van. They didn't have a lift that could handle it, but instead of just turning me away, they took it for a test drive, looked over the motor and tires, and put my mind at ease. Then they went further: researched the symptoms, identified the probable issue and fix, and referred me to another shop with the right equipment to do the work. They charged me nothing for any of it. That kind of honesty and generosity is rare. If they can't fix your vehicle, they'll still take care of you, and if they can fix it, I'd trust them completely. They've earned my future business.
Brought a lexus gx470 and Toyota Tundra in for an evaluation. These guys are so knowledgeable and honest! How refreshing! They couldn't be nicer. I would recommend them everyday and twice on Sunday. Top tier group.
I had an excellent experience at Landing Auto Service. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, gave me honest recommendations, and completed the work quickly. My car runs perfectly now, and I really appreciate their attention to detail. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with high-quality work, but Landing Auto Service truly delivers. From now on, they will be my go‑to place for all my car needs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto care!
Molly and her colleague was very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible in scheduling/updating my appointment. Highly recommend their services.
I’ve taken two cars for maintenance and repairs to Landing Auto Service over time and I won’t go anywhere else. Molly and her staff are all highly skilled, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. They keep excellent records and their assessments are spot on. They help prioritize what needs to be done now and what other items can wait a bit. All making sure that the car is safe, running smooth, and good. Thank you Molly!
