Lardo is a restaurant inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, in the Boulevard Tower food court at 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S, Level 2, Las Vegas, NV 89109. It’s a convenient stop for guests exploring the resort or looking for a satisfying meal along the Strip. Customer reviews describe a casual, quick-service setting, with bar seating available and sandwiches prepared fresh to order. Lardo is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., making it an option for lunch, an early dinner, or a convenient bite between activities.

Sandwiches are the focus, with generous combinations and bold flavors that customers say make Lardo a memorable choice for sandwich lovers. The Hot Italian brings together salami, ham, provolone, and a slightly spicy relish on a crisp roll. Reviewers also call out the Bronx Bomber as a standout, though individual experiences and preferences vary. For a different profile, the Chicken Caesar sandwich offers familiar flavors in a handheld meal. Customer feedback repeatedly mentions fresh preparation, flavorful fillings, and substantial sandwiches—useful details if you want something more filling than a quick snack.

Sides and breakfast options add variety to the menu. One customer review describes hash browns with a familiar, crispy texture, along with sausage and customizable breakfast sandwiches. The review notes that breakfast service had recently been offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, starting at 8 a.m.; because the listed regular hours begin at 11 a.m., it’s sensible to confirm current breakfast availability before making a special trip. Diet Coke is also mentioned by a reviewer. These details reflect customer experiences rather than a guarantee that every item or schedule is unchanged.

Lardo can suit visitors staying at The Cosmopolitan, groups seeking a casual meal, and anyone who wants a quick sandwich without leaving the resort. Reviews mention stopping in after a visit to the Chandelier Bar or choosing Lardo for a speedy dinner; one customer says a sandwich took about five minutes to prepare. The setting is informal and practical, with seating at the bar and a food-court location that makes it easy to fit into a busy Las Vegas day. It may also work well for travelers who want a familiar, hearty sandwich before continuing their plans.

With a 4.4-star rating from 376 reviews, Lardo in Las Vegas has drawn feedback from both resort guests and local-area diners. Customer responses often praise the flavorful sandwiches, crisp bread, and convenient location, while tastes naturally differ from one visit to another. They started opening for breakfast recently, only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They are open at eight and they have a choice of four different sandwiches that you can customize. I also love that they have Diet Coke here. The hashbrowns taste just like the ones from McDonald’s. I had the sausage Rickmuffin and it was fantastic. It was a large hand formed Patty of sausage that was full of flavor. I also saw somebody get bacon and it looked very good too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely addictive – Lardo nailed it! We popped into Lardo during our recent stay at the Cosmopolitan and it quickly became one of the highlights of the trip. This place delivers exactly what it promises: bold, over-the-top, ridiculously flavorful sandwiches and sides that hit every craving. We shared the Dirty Fries (sprinkled with Parmesan) and the Beeria Grilled Cheese, and both were phenomenal. The fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with that cheesy Parmesan goodness that made them dangerously addictive—we couldn’t stop going back for more. The Beeria Grilled Cheese was next-level: melty, gooey cheese hugging tender, juicy birria beef with all those rich, savory spices. Every bite was a perfect mix of crispy bread, oozing cheese, and that flavorful dipped-in-consommé beef. It’s rich, indulgent, and worth every single calorie. We were stuffed but already plotting our next visit. The vibe is casual and fun, perfect for a quick but memorable bite while exploring the Cosmo. Service was friendly and efficient too. If you’re in the mood for something hearty, cheesy, and packed with flavor, Lardo is a must. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas! Highly recommend the Dirty Fries + Beeria Grilled Cheese combo. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located in the Cosmopolitan upstairs food court. Ordered a Hot Italian Sandwich which is kinda like a Italian sub made up of various salami, ham and provolone cheese with a slightly spicy relish for about $17. The sandwich was made fresh and took about 5 minutes. The roll was very nice and crispy. I personally prefer a more traditional cold Italian sub with oil and vinegar, but it this something you like go for it. The food court is always busy, so give yourself a little time. Definitely worth a try!

Lardo inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino is an absolute hidden gem for sandwich lovers. The sandwiches here are next level, packed with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. The Bronx Bomber was hands down the star of the meal. …
