Its public profile shows a 4.0 rating from 32 reviews, reflecting a range of client experiences rather than a single consistent impression.

Customer feedback points to residential real estate work that can include helping buyers find a home, supporting sellers, and handling rental or property-management matters. Reviewers mention agents Tom and Aaron Marsaw, Marti Ladd, and Cynthia Cartwright. Some customers describe knowledgeable, experienced service and say their agent helped them relocate from out of state and find a home. Another reviewer specifically recommends Cynthia Cartwright after interviewing several Realtors following a move to Las Vegas. These accounts suggest the agency may be relevant to people who want guidance through a local home search or a move to the city.

Reviews are mixed, particularly around communication, professionalism, and rental management. Some customers report positive agent relationships and attentive assistance, while others describe concerns about responsiveness, interactions with representatives, repairs, or the handling of a security deposit after a lease. These are individual accounts, and prospective clients should discuss their needs directly with the agent or office before choosing representation. If you are considering a rental or property-management arrangement, clarify who will handle maintenance requests, how updates are communicated, and the terms for deposits and lease-end procedures. Buyers and sellers may wish to discuss preferred communication, offer strategy, and expectations before moving forward.

The office lists weekday hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
