Latinos Fast Tax Refund, LLC

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Latinos fast tax refund. I entrusted them with my taxes for both the 2021 and 2022 tax years, expecting professional and accurate service. Unfortunately, they failed to meet even the most basic expectations. 1. Unprofessional Conduct: • The staff displayed a lack of professionalism throughout my interactions with them. Communication was poor, with numerous unreturned phone calls and emails. When I did manage to speak with someone, they often seemed disinterested and unhelpful. 2. Significant Errors: • The most egregious issue was the significant errors made on my tax returns for both 2021 and 2022. These errors were so substantial that the IRS returned my taxes for both years, causing me considerable stress and financial inconvenience. 3. Lack of Accountability: • When I brought these errors to their attention, the response was unsatisfactory. There was no sense of urgency or responsibility taken by to rectify the situation. Instead, I was met with excuses and a lack of clear solutions. 4. Poor Resolution Process: • Despite numerous attempts to get the issues resolved, the process was slow and inefficient. It seemed that once they had made their mistake, they were not interested in fixing it promptly or effectively. 5. Financial Impact: • The errors made resulted in delayed tax refunds and potential penalties from the IRS. This not only caused financial strain but also wasted a considerable amount of my time trying to sort out the mess they created.

Instead of the promised $5778 of tax return we had to pay more than $1000... and the service fee is the highest in the area. No refund or explanation or a word of sorry...

The worst place to do your taxas, the fees are to high, they promise something, but is a lies, don't waist your time and your money.

Excellent service. I've used this place to do my taxes for the last 7 years and they are definitely very efficient and know what they're doing.

I called to get information and spoke to someone who answered a few questions. They only responded to some of them and then said I had asked too many questions, that they would call me back later, and then hung up. Honestly, I don't recommend this place for this type of paperwork. If they treat customers like this just on the phone, I don't even want to imagine what it's like in person.
