This review is about a legal-plan consultation and what happened afterward. My appointment was rescheduled twice by this office. When the consultation finally happened, the attorney joined late, did not ask about the facts, and gave no useful or actionable guidance. Most responses were framed as outside the legal plan or requiring a separate retainer with the firm. The more serious issue came after I posted a honest review. The owner used public Google/Yelp responses to discuss and characterize what supposedly happened during a private legal consultation. I did not authorize this office to use consultation-related information in public responses. The owner responses made factual claims about what I supposedly requested and refused to provide. I dispute those claims as false. For a law office, this is not just a customer-service issue. It is a confidentiality, accuracy, judgment, and trust issue. If your matter is sensitive, proceed with caution.
