Le Quang Trong DO

Dr. Is simply the best. He is brilliant and caring. Was able to get my mother into the hospital when the ER was backed up with a 24 hour wait. He won’t let just any specialist work on his patients he always takes the time to arrange for who he thinks is best for the job. I have referred multiple friends to his clinic and have only had very positive feedback.

Happening now, 9/18/22. Mom taken to ER at 1am for excruciating leg cramps. Dr Le admitted her for observation. It is almost NOON now and no one from the practice has been in to see her or authorize ANYTHING for the pain. Paged three times by hospital. I thought there was an Oath about harm. EDIT: 10 min after I posted the above pain pills arrived. Le’s office has been good in the past. 2nd EDIT: Still frustrated with this practice not helping on the original complaint. Feel like they observe/admit and do (something close to nothing) about what landed the patient in the hospital.

Dr. Le is one of the best doctors I have ever known. My father who is a excellent physician, and always at the top of the Doctor chain, made me have high standards for doctors. For me to say he is one of the best is saying quite a bit. I have been going to him since 2009. I currently drive all the way from the far side of Dallas just to see him. After you become a patient with him you will never want to find another doctor.

Dr Le is extremely knowledgeable and cares deeply for his patients. It amazes me that he knows all of his patients by name, personality, and medical history. No need to look it up in the chart or computer. He is also one of the most available physicians I have ever met when it comes to his patient's needs. This doctor will come to the hospital bedside in the middle night to manage his patient's care personally. I've seen him do it many times. Who knows when he sleeps. His patients come first.

I’ve been going to Dr. Le’s office for just a few months and have only seen him once, very briefly. I’ve seen Dr. Hudson and another PA (can’t remember her name), and they ALL have been wonderful! The entire staff has been wonderful as well, including the office staff. However, this week when I called the office to inquire about getting a refill and to ask about the process of communication from the Dr’s office pertaining to follow-ups, discussing lab work, etc, I talked to a young lady named Lisette and she was EXTREMELY rude! As I was trying to ask questions and get clarification of how the process works, she talked over me and was just disrespectful!!! I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but again, she was very rude! When you encounter horrible customer service like this, it can be a bit discouraging. The ONLY reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because of her! Everyone else that works there gets 5 stars from me! Hopefully someone will speak to her about her phone etiquette!
