With operating hours that include weekday and weekend availability, the office is accessible to customers with varying schedules.
One of the core services that draws clients to Le's Travel is Vietnam visa processing. Customers have noted that the agency handles visa arrangements with minimal paperwork and at a reasonable price point, making it a practical choice for those who want to avoid the complexity of navigating the process on their own. For many in the Vietnamese diaspora, having a trusted local office that understands both the paperwork and the cultural context can make a real difference when planning a trip back home.
Beyond visa services, the team at Le's Travel assists clients with booking flights, crafting travel itineraries, and coordinating the logistics of international trips. Reviewers who have had positive experiences often highlight the willingness of staff members to work closely with customers to find options that fit their budget and schedule. Patience, flexibility, and a personal touch are qualities that clients have specifically praised, noting that the staff takes time to explain choices and explore alternatives rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all package.
The atmosphere at Le's Travel reflects the warmth of a neighborhood business where many clients feel a personal connection. Located in Westminster, a city known for its vibrant Vietnamese community, the agency fits naturally into a landscape of family-run shops and services. Walk-in visitors during business hours can expect a straightforward, conversational approach to travel planning. The office also operates on a cash-only basis, so clients should come prepared accordingly. Weekend hours on both Saturday and Sunday provide added flexibility for those who cannot visit during the work week.
Le's Travel may be a good fit for Vietnamese-Americans in the Orange County area looking for localized assistance with Vietnam-bound travel, visa paperwork, or flight bookings. As with any travel service, it is always wise to confirm all details and agreements in writing before committing. For anyone in the Westminster community who values a face-to-face relationship with a travel agent who speaks their language — both literally and figuratively — Le's Travel offers that neighborhood option right on Magnolia Street.

Sign in to reviewMy experience with Jasmine/Le’s Travel “services” (or lack thereof) was nothing short of terrible, frustrating, and stressful. We had high expectations based on the assurances you provided, but everything went wrong from the moment we landed in Ho Chi Minh City. First, the $25/person charge Jasmine imposed on us to expedite our E-Visas for Vietnam was completely unnecessary, especially considering one e-visa had already been approved long before you even attempted to expedite it. I also trusted your assurance that my e-visa would be approved in time, as you claimed you had connections in customs to expedite the process. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. When we arrived, your “agent” submitted my paperwork to customs, and after an hour of scrutiny, I was told that I should not have applied for a VISA ON ARRIVAL because I had already submitted an e-visa application that was in progress. The customs officer scolded me and said that was against their rules. Jasmine never mentioned this crucial rule to me and proceeded to still charge me an exorbitant amount for invalid visa on arrival. Had I known about it this rule, I would have never agreed to pay Jasmine for the visa on arrival since it was clearly against Vietnam’s entry rules. The customs officer was extremely frustrated, and your “agent” was completely unaware of my visa situation. He received no detail information from Jasmine. He didn't know Jasmine’s name/Le’s Travel or that I had applied for an e-visa prior to my arrival in HCM. I was left in a highly stressful limbo in customs security for multiple hours with no clear answers. I was then presented with two unacceptable options: stay at the airport overnight in uncertainty (there was no sleeping allowed in the airport), or buy expensive return tickets back home to the US. During this entire ordeal, Jasmine or Le’s Travel was completely unreachable in any way. This was the outcome after spending $275 via Zelle for your “services” that were guaranteed to ensure a smooth entry into Vietnam. Only after my boyfriend's intervention and convincing talk with customs was I finally granted entry into the country. Overall, we were lied to, misled and taken advantage of by Jasmine and her company Le’s Travel. We paid for services that were poorly managed and, frankly, delivered no value. In reality Jasmine’s actions could have gotten us detained and forced to be sent back to America under duress. If Jasmine had been upfront about the potential issues with my e-visa, we would have never paid for the additional services and would have postponed the trip until my legitimate e-visa was processed. This experience has left us extremely disappointed and upset.
Beware! Scam Travel Agency – Avoid at All Costs! I strongly recommend that no one to use Jasmine’s travel agency, Le’s Travel unless you want to be deceived, ripped off, exposed to peril in a foreign country, have your vacation and freedom jeopardized, etc. My partner and I, I entrusted the $250 “Vietnam Visa on Arrival” services of Jasmine to process my visa efficiently and transparently, but instead, I experienced deceptive practices, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. Jasmine requires payment via Zelle, which should be a huge red flag. Any legit travel agent will take a credit card. Le’s Travel/Jasmine unscrupulously misrepresented the Vietnam visa process, and as a result, we experienced a long, worrisome ordeal in customs and faced detained and a forced flight back home. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter through your customer service, we have received no satisfactory response or resolution and only continued lies and counterattacks. I strongly advise others to stay away from this deceitful, greedy company (Le’s Travel 1 and 2/Jasmine). We were promised a smooth and reliable service, but instead, were met with incompetence, deception, and a complete lack of accountability. I was charged $25 to expedite my E-Visa and Jasmine did not do anything to expedite it. My partner was charged $25 to expedite her e-visa and for a Visa on Arrival and Jasmine failed to deliver. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Jasmine and Le’s Travel’s customer support was completely unresponsive or gave vague, unhelpful answers. It became clear that they were more interested in taking our money than delivering the service they promised. Not only did this company overcharge with hidden fees, but they also misrepresented the visa on arrival process, causing significant delays and frustration. Their negligence could have ruined the trip and caused detainment so I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. The main thing Jasmine provided when you’re charged for the visa on arrival is a doctored, illegitimate “Visa on Arrival” form to show the airline so you can board the plane. Jasmine never explained that this illegitimate document that anyone could’ve quickly created with Photoshop for FREE is highly risky to use to slyly board a flight en route to Vietnam. The airline agent could’ve easily denied boarding for using an unofficial doc and reported us. The QR code on the document isn’t even functional so we were fortunate it wasn’t scanned by the desk agent. If you’re looking for a visa service or anything foreign travel related, PLEASE DO NOT trust this company, Le’s Travel (Jasmine). There are legitimate agencies out there that can help with you visas or correctly solve issues that may arise, but this is NOT one of them. Save yourself the hassle, money, and stress—go elsewhere! I’ll be reaching out to the FTC to report and get help.
