Leading Vegas Realty

Leading Vegas Realty is a real estate agency serving people in Las Vegas, Nevada. Located at 9171 W Flamingo Rd Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89147, the agency is a local point of contact for people navigating real estate transactions and property management. Customer feedback describes support from individual team members during home purchases, sales, and the ongoing care of investment properties. Whether you are preparing for a real estate decision or already own a rental property, it can be helpful to discuss your needs directly with the team and clarify what services are available for your situation.

Reviews mention agents Emily Tien and Yuan Liu for attentive communication, prompt responses, and proactive updates during the process. Customers describe appreciating clear follow-through and having questions answered along the way, especially when managing the many details that can accompany a real estate transaction. These are individual customer experiences rather than guarantees, but they offer a useful picture of the kind of personal service some clients have valued. If you are considering working with Leading Vegas Realty, you can explain your priorities and ask how the agency will keep you informed at each stage.

Property management is another service reflected in customer reviews. Owners describe working with the agency on properties for themselves and their families, including an investment home managed by Yuan Liu. Reviewers highlight attentiveness, professionalism, and updates about potential issues. For property owners, regular communication can make it easier to stay informed about a home from a distance; ask about the management process, communication practices, and the specific responsibilities included before making arrangements. The reviews provide examples of client experiences, not a complete list of services or a promise of particular outcomes.

The agency has a 4.8-star rating from 25 reviews, and the feedback is not uniformly positive: one reviewer raised concerns about how realtor experience was vetted and described a difficult negotiation. That perspective is important context alongside positive reports about responsiveness and property management. Prospective clients may want to discuss their expectations, representation, and how negotiation concerns are handled before deciding whether the agency is the right fit. A direct conversation can help establish responsibilities and communication expectations from the start.
