Lee Foot Relax

I visited Lee Foot for a 90-minute reflexology session and was charged $120, even though this price wasn’t posted anywhere. Every other service on their sign was clearly priced: 30 minutes for $45, 60 minutes for $65, and a 90-minute back-and-foot combo for $85. They also advertise $1/minute for extra time. When I went to pay, staff explained they’d calculated my price by combining the 60-minute and 30-minute rates ($65 + $45 = $110), then added $10 for a foot scrub add-on, bringing it to $120. This math doesn’t match their own posted pricing structure. Using their stated $1/minute overtime rate off the 60-minute price, 90 minutes of reflexology should have been $95, plus $10 for the scrub add-on — $105 at most, not $120. It’s also worth noting that everywhere else I’ve been, a longer combo session is priced at a discount compared to booking two shorter sessions separately — not a markup. Here it felt like they invented a special calculation on the spot to charge more, specifically for a service whose price wasn’t posted. I tip well and expect transparency in return. Having to negotiate or question a bill after the service, when the price wasn’t disclosed upfront, isn’t the experience I look for. I’d recommend asking for the exact price in writing before your service, or considering a different spot.

Depending on who does your massage this place can be awesome or just down right be terrible. The older lady that runs the place is terrible. Leaves the massage atleast 6 times to go answer phone. Goes and talks to people etc. Absolutely sucks. However if you get Jenny you will be addicted to this place. She gives a very relaxing quiet massage. She had to wake me up to leave. Unbelievable great massage. Avoid the old lady.

One of the best foot relaxing centers in town. I had a wonderful experience at the Foot Relaxing Store. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and the ambiance was incredibly calming. My feet felt rejuvenated after their treatment, and I left feeling relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone needing foot care!

A brand-new experience place, friendly staff, clean room and amazing massage, but you must make an appointment because they are so busy.

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Lee Foot Relax off of El Camino Real. Everytime I come here they are always so nice. I have seen Eric every single time I have gotten a message and I always feel so relaxed afterwards ☺️ If you ever have a moment to try somewhere new, I hope they give you the same great experience as I always do ❤️
