Lee’s Sandwiches was a bit disappointing for us. We’ve seen and heard a lot about it online, especially videos of really stuffed sandwiches, but our experience didn’t match that. We ordered the banh mi dac biet (Vietnamese cold cut special) and a pork pate chaud. The taste was decent, but nothing really stood out. The sandwich itself was on the smaller side, and the pate chaud was quite dense on the inside, almost like a hard meatball. Service was also quite slow during our visit. It might just be this location, but overall it’s not a place we’d be rushing back to.

I love this place. But what is going on? Why is the store so dirty? It has never been like this. If this is what we can see, what can we not? By the way, now it is 10:20 am, This is not right guys. It will be my pleasure to change my review if this situation changes.

These should be good sandwiches but the baguette was undercooked and doughy!! Also the place is understaffed so service is a little slower than other sandwich shops— and obviously they don’t provide enough time to cook the baguettes :(

Always in a bad mood and the guy who makes the sandwiches gave me very small portions in my sandwhich, wasn’t like this before. Won’t be coming here again. This is supposed to be a ham and turkey! I think if you want to fix this place you start with the coworkers laughing and talking when he/they can’t make a sandwhich!

Always understaffed. Always running out of ingredients. Terrible service. I honestly feel bad for the people who work here more than anything, you can tell that management intentionally understaffs them and fails to order enough ingredients for them on a regular basis. Every time I order there's always a ton of people in the lobby, awkwardly glancing at one another wonderinf why the hell their orders are taking so long. Last three times I've been, I've heard them run out of different types of chicken while waiting for my sandwich. Today the cashier gave my sandwich to an UberEats guy and I had to wait even longer than normal. I don't really blame him though, since he was also helping the only other employee in the store try to catch up on her orders. I love Lee's, but this place should probably just close down already. Management is clearly way too greedy to spend the money required to staff their business properly.
