It feels like a modernized, upscaled evolution of what the Jacksonville Landing should have been—vibrant, multi-dimensional, and impeccably managed. I visited during the Tacos & Takedowns Festival, and the energy was electric. The contrast between the luxury retail of Legacy West and high-flying Lucha Libre wrestling in the Lexus Box Garden created a unique atmosphere that you just can't find anywhere else. Highlights from my visit: The Food: I highly recommend Son of a Butcher. Their Buffalo Bleu slider (bison, bleu cheese, and curly carrots) was balanced and technically sound. With over a dozen vendors, the variety is staggering, yet the quality remains consistent across the board. The Vibe: Whether you are here for a headlining set (like the AC/DC tribute Back in Black) or just grabbing a craft cocktail at one of the five bars, the space handles large crowds with ease. Service & Atmosphere: Five stars all around. The venue is clean, the staff is efficient despite the festival rush, and the layout is a dream for anyone who appreciates thoughtful hospitality design. Nice place to watch world cup. Good food selection and nice atmosphere. Ordered nachos from one of the restaurants and it was huge... could feed a whole team.
Plano, Lagacy Hall? It is a nothing but a fancy food court located in Plano's new downtown. I parked on covered garage for free. Walka little and took elevator to down. Food court were looking a bit fancier than I thought. But foods were just average. There is a stage, must be live band on weekend? Tried second floor, drinking 🍸 bar looks good, but it was early afternoon. Spent about 90 minutes, and walk around the town for 30 minutes to digest lunch. Headed back to where I parked and drove back to home.
