I would recommend Legacy Travel and specifically Hannah Cote to anybody looking to plan their travel. Hannah helped plan my bachelorette in Napa/San Francisco, my family’s pre-wedding trip in Italy, my honeymoon in France, and multiple trips for friends and family looking to travel elsewhere in Europe before/after attending our wedding. She is MAGIC!! I had a long list of things I wanted to do/places to see and she never told me no or tried to discourage me because of the difficulty in coordinating anything (even when I know it was)- she just made it happen. I can’t thank her and Legacy Travel enough for making our travel dreams come true and getting so many of us there and back safely and SMOOTHLY! Even with the time difference she was always checking in to ensure everything was going according to plan and we didn’t need any assistance with anything. She is an organized machine and gave us detailed itineraries, walked us through what we should print and take along, gave tips and tricks, and tons of support throughout. 1000/10. Truly the best!
Hannah with Legacy Travel took any guesswork out of our trip to Italy and Scotland. Before the trip, she gathered all of the required information, kept us ‘in the know’ for every step and was available for any and all questions. Everything she planned and provided was as promised, no glitches and no stress. We had a travel delay that was strictly the fault of the airline - Hannah was in contact until she was sure we made contact with our transport (which was very late US time) which really was going above and beyond.
Nobu Resort in Cabo San Lucas is beautiful. Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. Legacy Travel was the key to a wonderful vacation. I tried booking whale watching tour while at the resort but was having issues. I contacted Terrah at Legacy and she took care of the booking immediately. She made sure I received my confirmation and was clear on pick up time and location. This is not the first vacation Terrah has handled for me and/or family and this little lady never fails to impress. From start to finish, she's got you! She takes the worry away and handles each step of our vacation with her very personal professional touch!
Great experience with Ken McIlduff at Legacy Travel in Plano. My most recent trip with Legacy was on Royal Caribbean Icon of the Seas out of Miami. They had excellent information, planning and communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ken again.
