Lemongrass is an Asian restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, located inside ARIA Resort & Casino at 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd. The restaurant specializes in Thai cuisine, making it a convenient choice for guests looking for a sit-down meal in the resort or a distinctive stop while exploring the Las Vegas Strip. Customer feedback gives Lemongrass a 4.3-star rating from 1,670 reviews. The experience described by diners combines Thai flavors with a polished hotel setting, while the menu includes choices that can work for different tastes and dining occasions. Thai favorites are a central part of the appeal. Diners mention red curry, described as creamy and full of bold flavor, alongside pineapple fried rice, grilled pork neck, and morning glory vegetables. Other dishes guests have highlighted include crispy fish cakes, eggplant clay pot, ribeye with tamarind sauce, and Chilean sea bass. These customer-recommended dishes give first-time visitors a practical starting point, whether they are drawn to curry, seafood, vegetables, or a hearty meat entrée. Reviews also mention a coconut dessert called Coconut Dream. Since individual menus and availability can change, guests with a particular dish in mind may want to confirm current options when ordering.
Lemongrass also stands out for offering a dedicated vegan menu, according to a customer review. That can make it a useful option for diners seeking plant-based choices in a resort restaurant, while the broader range of dishes gives mixed groups room to order different styles of Thai food. Reviews mention starters such as shrimp ceviche and fried abalone mushroom, as well as tofu satay and papaya salad. Feedback varies by dish, so these are best treated as examples of what diners have tried rather than guarantees of a particular experience. Guests with dietary needs or ingredient questions should speak with the restaurant before ordering.
The setting is described as pleasant, with indoor and outdoor seating noted by reviewers, and several customers praise the decor and attentive service. One diner appreciated that the restaurant was quiet enough for comfortable conversation, while a group of 32 found that conversation was still possible despite a noisier occasion. Guests also describe staff as accommodating when a reservation date was mixed up. This combination may suit couples, families celebrating a birthday, resort visitors, or larger parties arranging a group meal. For a special occasion or a larger gathering, contacting Lemongrass at ARIA ahead of time is a sensible way to ask about reservations and seating. It offers a Thai-focused dining option in a central Las Vegas resort setting, with customer-noted vegan choices and a varied selection of dishes.

TLDR: dedicated vegan menu with good food! Decor and service are great as one would expect from a Vegas restaurant. Best part... it was QUIET! We could talk without screaming at each other which is a big plus. Food wise, I appreciate the solid vegan options (an entire menu). I had the red curry at 10/10 spice level and it was about a 7/10 spice level compared to other, more traditional Thai restaurants. I also paid to add more tofu ($6) and only received 8 small pieces of Tofu. Meanwhile, my guests who ordered Chicken curries had tons of protein. The curry flavor was good, but not as flavorful as some other options. Would absolutely go back with other omnivores, but would not prioritize for a vegan only meal. All that said, it is reasonably priced and with tip the three of us were full and out of there for $35 / person.
We had reservations for 8 to celebrate Mom’s 89th Birthday. Delicious food. We had the Red Curry, which was creamy & packed with bold flavors. Fish Cake was crispy ~ a great starter. Highly recommend the Eggplant Clay Pot and Ribeye w/Tamarind Sauce. The Chilean Sea Bass was fried to perfection ~ moist and flavorful. The Pad Thai was good. Crispy Pork Belly w/Chinese Broccoli was over fry and the meat was on dry side. Service was prompt, friendly and accommodating. A fantastic experience for the family.
A Thai restaurant in the Aria, they were able to reserve a room for 32 of us and though it was really noisy, you could still have some conversations. Appetizers: Shrimp Ceviche was good, fried abalone mushroom was good, and the tofu satay was just so-so. Papaya salad was ok. Entrees family style: Garlic Lime Steamed Seabass was good, black pepper shrimp was good (wish I had more but they only put a single plate on an 8-person table), the basil vegetables and green curry were uniformly good, and a large white rice to share around the table. Dessert was a good mango sticky rice, though. Overall, not bad for food, though I've had better Thai. With a large group table, they split some dishes into two which was easier to share across 4 at a time (half the table), but the others weren't split, so sometimes dishes were stuck on one side of the table or the other. They didn't rush us out, so that was nice.
Lemongrass is one of Aria’s onsite restaurants, specializing in Thai cuisine. The ambiance, both indoors and outdoors, is very pleasant. Service was excellent—we mixed up our reservation date, but the staff kindly accommodated us instead of …
Fantastic Thai food. We truly enjoyed every dish. Pineapple fried rice, grilled pork neck, morning glory veggies, and Coconut dream dessert. Very tasty. The price is reasonable for a hotel. Will come back again
