Sign in to reviewI had such an amazing experience with Dr. Nguyen. She truly cares about patients and makes you feel like you are her only patient. She spent the time to get to know me and showed great concern about my health and wellbeing. I know it is hard to find a good obgyn that will listen because I have had an awful obgyn before but Dr. Nguyen is one of the best doctors I have met. Highly recommend her for your care!
I did not have a good experience, I felt rushed and not listened to, I had a biopsy with her which I have had 2 other times with other Drs but with her was excruciating I was screaming crying, no kind of comfort, empathy or care at all,when I asked questions she was brief I couldn't get anything explained, when I tried to explain my symptoms from my fibroids and endometriosis she said nothing except "the endometriosis will go away" which according to other Drs it doesn't just go away. I canceled my upcoming appointment.
Dr. Lena is awesome! She was recommended to me by my doula friend. She was my OB for my second pregnancy, which was definitely stressful due to my first being premature. She was always super calm and had a plan to try to get me as close to full term as possible. Happy to say I made it to 39 weeks because of her recommendations! She is a great doctor, is not all business like some doctors that make you feel like you can't joke or be personable. She never made me feel like my questions were stupid, and I really like how she respected my decisions and never pressured me into something I didn't feel comfortable with. All around an excellent doctor and an amazing person! Also, the nurse Karen is so sweet and I genuinely liked everyone at the office! So happy I found them.
I never leave reviews, but I wanted to share my personal experience here. Dr. Lena is very nice and helpful, but not comforting or caring. Unfortunately, I did not have a very good experience. I was scared, anxious & nervous as a first time teenage patient trying to find a trusting gynecologist. I felt very rushed and like my health wasn’t important. I was crying and scared about some health problems I was having, and when I had more questions she didn’t have time to answer them and left. I understand, but it was still very scary for me. The nurses were very sweet and came in after she left to comfort me and try to help with the rest of the questions I had. The nurses, staff/receptionists are all great and apologized and made me feel better. Lastly, I canceled a follow up appointment 3 days in advanced and was still charged $50. I will never come back here ever. It was a bit traumatizing.
I had a great experience with Dr. Lena. She’s very nice and answered any questions or concerns I had. In the past, when I have had my annual exam the nurse practitioner or doctor would hurt me and I’m a high tolerance pain person. However, with Dr. Lena she was very gentle and quick with my annual and when I got the birth control patch. In my experience, I didn’t feel rushed I just think she’s a very quick paced person so come prepared with questions and she’ll gladly take the time for them. I would definitely recommend her!
