Sign in to reviewI went into lens crafters this morning to resize my frame due my shades being too tight on my head, Jennifer came over to assist me with my problem. She heated my sunglasses in 5 mins and got it resized to fit my head quickly ! & on top of that they did not charge me for the service and they did an excellent job !!!
This was my first time at this location @ 15166 Goldenwest St in Westminster, CA. Everybody there was so nice, friendly, and professional. Their (over and above) customer service was more than great! The consultant Mai was very attentive, honest, and helpful with helping me pick out my frames and fitting me for my new glasses. She took very good care of me. There was another consultant (unfortunately I forgot her name, I think it was Veronica) she was very honest, helpful and friendly also. Christina Hii, OD was the doctor who gave me the eye exam. She was great and went above and beyond taking care of me and my eyes. Very nice. (and her assistant, I think his name was Richard) . They were ALL very patient and understanding with me, which made my overall experience excellent. I will definitely be referring this location (and all that work there) to all my friends and family. Lan was amazing and helped me get set with a new pair of prescription Oakley Sunglasses. She was super helpful and explained all the options so I could make the best choice. Overall, I have been very happy with LensCrafters for over 30 years now that I have needed glasses!
I went in for an eye exam today and from the moment I stepped in the service was great. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was brought towards the back to fill out a bit of paperwork and was started with my eye exam right away. This location is very clean and well organized. The doctor was very efficient and the helping staff was kind. Mai was extra attentive in making sure I was very happy with my purchase and I will absolutely be back for any of my eye/sunglass needs. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Thank you!
I came in to get a vision exam and new glasses. Dr Christina Hii was very thorough and helpful when it came to assisting me during my vision exam. She patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. The front staff assistant, Mai, also was helpful in ordering the same frames that I chosen and liked before. Overall a very smooth and positive experience.
