Lets Pho Beamer

Came on a weekday evening for dinner, fortunately had no wait time! As soon as we arrived we were greeted and seated. Our waiter was very attentive from taking our order to checking on us throughout our meal. I got the Bo Kho which came out very quickly and was piping hot! Excited to come back and try more on their menu.

GET HERE! It’s absolutely spectacular! We’ve eaten at every Pho place in this part of Houston and Let’s Pho is the TOP! Great depth of flavor, beautifully fresh sides, generous portion of meat. Owner made us his pork spring rolls and they were delicious!! The Special Roll appetizer is to die for!

Came in today as I had been searching for a good vermicelli salad. This place has great ambience and is very inviting. The gentleman at the register was very helpful and helped me walked through the menu and explained it to me. I had an idea of what I wanted. Ordered a beef pho, pork vermicelli salad and two grilled pork bahn mi to go. Unfortunately I did not take pictures as everything was eaten before I remembered to take pics. My husband who had never had pho before loved it and said next time we should eat there. Everything was super delicious! By the way, as I waited I was treated to some delicious jasmine tea, we will definitely be coming back!!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and thought it was decent. A while back I was on my way home from work and needed food quick, so I decided to stop on the way to dine in. The restaurant was really greasy and grimy, cleanliness was definitely not anywhere on their list of priorities. The worst part was the restroom, it was utterly disgusting. One reason that I factor the restroom condition into my score is due to the fact that the people cooking the food have to use it as well. To add to that point, there was no soap available for washing hands. Overall the dirtiest restaurant I’ve seen in a long time, one of the worst I’ve seen in any US establishment… 2 stars for decent food and kind service staff, but they need to get this place cleaned up.

I’ve been coming here quite often lately because of the nem nướng. I usually stop by just for the grilled pork rolls and the pork chop rice every week. Honestly, it’s such a good choice! Btw, I’m a huge fan of Bún Bò Huế. I find it really satisfying here, so I often order it to-go when I don’t feel like dining out. The broth has a rich fermented shrimp paste flavor, which I truly enjoy. The customer service here is excellent. The other day I was served by a young guy with glasses — he was super friendly and helpful in recommending dishes. That’s one of the reasons I come here often and have become a regular customer. Of course, this is just my personal opinion. Food always comes down to individual taste, so I don’t expect everyone to feel the same way. But for me, the food here is truly delicious.
