Sign in to reviewI was referred to Patricia Leung Tax Consulting by Keystone CPAs. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Leung’s services was far from satisfactory. It initially took three separate emails to receive a response and schedule a phone call, which was already frustrating. During the call, Ms. Leung explained that she could not assist me without first reviewing my tax return, likening the process to a doctor being unable to work without conducting a physical exam. While I appreciated the explanation at the time, I find this comparison ironic given her own subsequent behavior. After submitting my tax return as requested, I never received any follow-up or answers to my questions. The lack of communication and disregard for follow-through left me feeling disappointed and questioning the professionalism of her practice. As a gastroenterologist myself, I understand the importance of diligence and follow-up when assisting clients or patients. Unfortunately, my experience with Patricia Leung Tax Consulting demonstrated the opposite—unresponsiveness and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend her services based on my experience.
