I have been going to this Spa around the past five years. The therapist are really polite and helpful. They provide a few different services like hot stone, back walking, Swedish massage, and a couple of other modalities. The owner is pretty kind. I have spoken with her many times over the years. Everyone is very friendly. The staff helps with listening about the different issues you may have in your body. I like this place that is why I've been going to or for many years now.

I have been going to Level 2 for a couple of years. The service has always been great. Most recently saw Yumi. I highly recommend Level 2.

Clairemont Mesa Blvd location: it was an OK massage. More relaxing than deep tissue, but even still I couldn't really relax as much as I would have liked to. The massage therapist seemed like she was burnt out and hated massaging me. This energy translates in the massage. I paid for a 2 hour massage while my car was getting repaired. I gave a decent tip(I was a massage therapist so I know first hand). The massage therapist didn't think it was a decent tip and actually demanded I pay her more, while she used her body to block my path of exit. I wanted to tell her she is insulting me and to just give me my money back, but we were in an inclosed environment and I don’t know what this person is capable of-she was already acting irratic and hostile. I just told her I don't have any more money(in the "put the gun down/step away from the edge" type of voice). After I reassured her 3 or 4 times she said "ok", and allowed me to be released. I'm not trying to be racist, but we don't normally treat our customers like hostages in this country. Obviously I never went back, and I never will.

This is the best spa in San Diego. It's very clean and comfortably. The masseuse's are very friendly. With covid-19 here now, it's nice to have a place to go to and not have to worry about your safety. I would highly recommend Level 2 spa on Friars Rd. close to Qualcomm Stadium.
