LH Foot Massage

I requested a 35 minute body and 35 minute foot massage here, with a 30 minute foot massage add on at the end of my service. The massage was good, and I felt like I needed extra time to relieve the soreness in my feet as I was having the body massage. I asked the therapist how much it would be if I wanted to add on a 30 minute foot massage, and she said “I think 90 minutes is $100. I am not sure.” I was able to look up the price list from the photo that they post on Google, and thought that it would be $80 (30 minute full body + 60 minute foot massage = $80) from the price listed on the photo. I thought that I would talk to the front desk after my massage about the total price. The lady doing my massage said that it would be okay to do my add on foot massage in the room since we were already in the room, so I did an extra 30 minutes of foot massage there. (I left the room at 1 hour and 35 minutes from the start of my session.) After my session, I went to the counter and talked to the owner about the price, and she insisted that it was $100. She said that I chose the 35 minute foot massage and 35 minute body massage package, and added on a 30 minute body massage, which was $40. When I explained to her that the add on was a foot massage, she said that it was done in the room, therefore it was a body massage. The owner sounded like an unreasonable person who was difficult to talk to. She didn't care to listen or understand the situation. She just wanted $100 and was prepared to justify her way through it. The massage was good but the experience was a 1 star. It left me feeling weird thinking why people behave this way. It was an unpleasant interaction talking with the argumentative owner. It feels like they prioritize getting as much money out of each service and don't care about whether customers return or not. If you decide to come here make sure to agree on the service you are getting up-front and the prices of it, otherwise you might encounter unfair / scammy behavior like I did. I am Chinese and spoke to them in Chinese so it wasn’t an issue of misunderstanding. The massage was good but be prepared to deal with scammy and argumentative people.

Warm saltwater foot massage experience with a fully clothed full body massage. A real bonus for the price of a typical foot massage only. Professional but relaxing environment with plenty of staff for walk-ins.

My massage and service was great. I didn’t need to request anything. I had some issues from a car accident and general muscle aches so the heated tables were perfect they really worked hard on the problems as they found them. Felt relaxed …

Simply the best. When searching reviews on a massage place it’s a checklist of 3 things we are all looking for. Is the place clean - YES Is the place legit - YES Is it a great massage - YES Simple. The best.

Amy is superwoman massager and everyone else is great. They do cupping and know exactly pressure points. I feel so much better. Jenny is also great thank you
