I’m a disabled veteran getting assistance through a local program. I called in hopes of getting an inspection done and my car repaired there. Upon answering the phone, I explained what I needed done. The person was super short with me and said the price. Not a huge deal. Then, I explained I’m getting assistance and ask if they could simply email their W9 to this program so they can then send a check to them for the repairs, and the person says “no” then hung up. It was extremely unprofessional and I don’t understand why a simple email request was answered with such a rude, short response. Especially given the fact that every other shop in the area has been super accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend simply based on the other options in the area who seem way more enthusiastic about helping their clients.
The Liberty auto repair shop fixed both my husband’s and my cars. He did a fantastic job. My car is running like it did when I bought it 12 yr. Ago. Great service !! We’ll be back! Thank you Liberty auto
Tri really disappointed me on my brake service, took truck in to have front rotors turned due to pulsing during braking. When I got my truck back there is now a noise coming from said rotors, Tri won't even drive the truck to hear the noise, claims rotors are fine, taking truck to different shop to correct problem, tired of his excuses, will not be going back.
We've been coming here for at least 10 years and have referred all of our friends over the same time. Everyone has been thrilled with the quality of service and repair, not to mention great pricing. As another reviewer said, his shop is …
Tri (shop owner & mechanic) may be very hard to understand because his English skills are muddied with a strong Asian accent but his work is a good as it gets! I trust every car I have to this guy. His shop is clean and he is $45 per hour of for labor. He's always good to call and give you a precise quote before he does work. His prices are very reasonable.
