LIBERTY Dental Plan

Pray that you don't have to use this dental plan because in addition to having tooth issues you will also have hypertension. The website does not work, it buffers for eternity. When I called I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get an endodontist. None of the endodontist on the plan accept my plan. I spoke to FOUR different Filipino's from Liberty who insisted that the two endodontist listed on the plan DID accept my plan. After calling Liberty four times and having the same conversation for over an hour I asked for a supervisor. The Filipino from Liberty claimed no supervisor was available. I said I would wait on the line until a supervisor was available. When the Filipino rep finally said he was going to transfer the call to an available supervisor, the call was disconnected. This insurance is a joke! I should have read the reviews before I waisted my time and ran up my blood pressure.

Time to schedule that dental appointment to lol 😂💀well I been eating like Crazy hopefully the doctor doesn't lecture me or scold me lol 😂 my teeth always in good condition because I have good teeth anyway my mom took out braces because I was Cookie monster 💀 lol 💀when s teenager and from discomfort of course I tried to adjust them you could see the disappointment on both my mom's face and especially the doctors face lol 😂 when taking out the braces

The employees in there call center are completely incompetent they need better training or education I called twice today to change my provider both representatives told me they can't find in the system but when I go of the liberty dental website I can find them just fine. And for some reason u can't change your own provider on there website like every other insurance you have to call and talk to their incompetent staff who can find anything when im on the phone with them on there website looking at the provider I tell them name spelt in gave them address gave them liberty dental office number on the website still can't find it so now there going to search and call me back I guarantee im not going to get a call back. I'm going to have to call back talk to a 3rd incompetent representative.

Nevada, Las Vegas...Don't bother trying to talk to anybody at the Rainbow office .. it's a construction site. The sign in computer is worthless, if you don't have a name of person it won't let you go any further. I've been trying to get a dentist for the past 30 days, I've talked with customer support 5 times, the dentist list they give has 10 doctors on it, I call and they all say nope we don't take that insurance anymore, most say because they suck at paying us. I called to talk to supervisor twice and they hung up on me when transferring the call... they claim to have an " expert and highly experienced team" a great joke. None of the referrals are worth anything. Left message on my last main office visit spoke with a Vincent, he took a message for me ,to have a supervisor call me, " (Tray) will give you a call in 10 minutes", it's been 6 days, guess he does not have a watch... lastly calling into the 888 number , they a computer tries to verify you with many stupid questions, and when you funally talk with a person they ask the same stupid questions... of course there is more, BUT I HOPE YOU GET THE JIST OF WHAT I SAYING-- THEY S U C K !!!!
