Sign in to reviewThe lawyer talked very nice on talk show, but the receptionists were very unprofessional when I called the office. When I called to ask if we could make appointment to see the lawyer for a living trust for my aunt, the receptionist was extremely rude, acting like I was not invited, or the office did not want the business. I asked if I could leave my name and number to have the lawyer to call me back and make appointment. I was told by them in a very rude voice they would not do that. They would talk to my aunt and decide from there, like I am not allowed in the conversations. I have not officially met with them, but I could imagine we would face a lot of difficulty down the line if the living trust we pay them to serve are with errors and require corrections. They could make us feel worse down the line. My suggestion for you if you read my review is to stay away from this law office.
I recommend this office very much . I sought their help for a devastating injury related incidence .. They were so professional, giving immediate counsel , review and resolution (s) , explaining every step patiently and respectfully. I felt lost before they helped me with my case .
