Sign in to reviewMy dad is a patient here. The office staff (not sure if they’re short staff or the staff just don’t care to do anything) they are nonresponsive. Unable to get anyone on the phone for anything at all. This is the worst doctor office everrrrr!!! I don’t recommend them, do not come here if you care about your health because you probably care more than they would!
Dr.Linh Nguyen and his wife Dr. Thuy are great doctors. They really care about their patients. They are very nice and really thorough when they explain everything. The wait time is not long. It upsets me that some of these comments are giving one star when it should be five stars. Oh and by the way. There office has not been in Garland for years. It has been in a beautiful Dallas office .
Dr. Linh Nguyen is a great and compassionate doctor. He cares for his patients, unfortunately I feel like his whole staff is under his wife's control, Dr. Thuy Nguyen. The billing practice here is unethical. They will get as much blood as possible from you to bill as many labs as possible to get as much reimbursement from insurance. If the insurance doesn't covered it, they will send you the bill and force you to pay for it. My family has been with this clinic for a long time but it has been going down hill with the billing practice. We got so many bills from labs that we don't need. My parents and older brother don't understand English so they were forced to sign for labs they don't need and don't understand then we get all the bills for it. Dr. Thuy Nguyen won't give refills even if you're on the same medications for years. She forces you to make a clinic visit so she can bill for it and obtain more random labs to bill for. If you have insurance, look for other doctors in your area.
Bad service. The lady at lab room so rude😡😡 the office staff very very rude too.maybe I have to change another doctor .he be nice but some staff ugly …
If I could give a 0 star review I would. Only reason I put one star is because I don’t have the option to select 0. This doctor only cares about having clientele but not her actual clients. Save yourself your time and money and never go to Linh Nyguyen. So disappointed in her services.
