If you’re looking for a casual coffee shop inside Los Angeles, CA, Little Bean Cafe is a convenient stop in Koreatown Plaza for coffee, desserts, and a short break during the day. Located at 3250 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006, this cafe serves a steady mix of mall visitors, neighborhood regulars, couples, friend groups, and older guests who come to sit down and chat. With daily hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Little Bean Cafe fits easily into a lunch outing, afternoon snack run, or relaxed evening coffee stop in Los Angeles.
Customers often describe the space as clean, neat, and old-school in style, with a calm atmosphere that feels especially comfortable for conversation. Reviews mention many couples and groups of women sharing desserts and coffee, along with young adults stopping by as well. The service is often noted as polite, and the cafe has a familiar local feel that suits people who want to take a break without rushing. Because it sits on the fourth-floor food court level of Koreatown Plaza, it is also a practical option if you are already shopping or eating in the building and want something sweet afterward.
On the menu, guests commonly mention coffee, boba drinks, and shaved ice desserts, including bing soo. Items that stand out in reviews include brown sugar boba, strawberry-flavored shaved ice, and mango shaved ice. Several customers say the bing soo, coffees, and boba teas are generally good, making Little Bean Cafe a reasonable choice when you want a dessert-style cafe stop rather than just a quick cup of coffee. At the same time, some reviews note that sweetness levels, fruit ripeness, or the balance of shaved ice can vary from visit to visit, and a few guests feel prices run a bit high for the experience.
That mix of feedback helps paint a realistic picture of Little Bean Cafe as a neighborhood-style coffee shop in Los Angeles, California: convenient, social, and easy to visit if you are in Koreatown Plaza or nearby on Olympic Boulevard. It may be best for people who enjoy sitting with friends over coffee and sweets, sharing desserts, and spending time in a mall cafe setting. If you value a tidy space, polite service, and accessible hours every day of the week, Little Bean Cafe is a solid local option to know in Los Angeles.

Sign in to reviewGreat cafe especially for the young seniors. Many couples and many lady groups are sharing desserts, coffee time and conversations. There were groups of young adults as well. Very polite service. The servers will call out your order in Korean a couple of times. If no pick-up, they will repeat in English. There is plenty of seating inside the cafe, as well as a few tables just outside of the cafe entryway. This spot is located in a mall so parking is free. Aside from this cafe, there is an amazing food court you can have lunch at.
Nice, old school style cafe. Very clean and neat. Seems like it’s mainly popular among aunties and uncles that frequent this mall. Prices are a bit high and the menu isn’t that special. Fine if you’re already at the mall, but not worth a special trip.
The cup snowflake brown sugar boba is too sweet to have smallamount of ice. It would have been delicious if the ratio of ice and brown sugar had the right amount. I actually talked to the manager before when we bought the strawberry flavor last month because they do not put enough shaved ice. He apologized and mentioned, he will talk to the staff but nothing has changed. Please take a look at what they are advertising on the attached picture and how much ice they actually give. It felt like I just bought boba and melted sugar on the side. It's not worth $7.
Well this is the only cafe on the fourth floor food court of Koreatown Plaza. So it’s got some captive customers who walk over from the food court for some sweets and coffee. It’s a bit overpriced as most Korean cafes are but generally the bing soo, coffees, and boba teas are quite good. Bathroom is outside on the mall not inside the cafe and seems they limit your stay for 2 hours.
Mango shaved ice is not good when the mango is not close to ripe. It was crunchy to bite and white to the eyes. I would have used another mango. Pretty obvious this was too young.
