I consider him a dear friend whose helpfulness, honesty, and diligence is without match! My life’s journey can be told via my cars and, through it all, Jake has kept me safe ...forever grateful!
I can't recommend LCS enough for any Bimmer-lover. Jake and his team have been the best technicians and aficionados I've seen in the West Coast since I've moved here, and I hope to keep them the only hands that touch my z4 and any other BMW I own down the line. What the shop lacks in size or corporate polish, they make up with what must be a collective century or more of weathered, grease-covered experience and love for the cult of oil. If you can get a moment when Jake is free, be sure to talk shop- his salt and breadth of knowledge is good for a dose of humor and humble-pie.

Worst customer service from one of the workers calling us names and being very rude and unprofessional I’d recommend dealing with Jake only which is the owner of this establishment other than that I would say fire that ungreatful worker or I see this shop losing plenty of business because of him
