Little Lantern Clinic

Came in with my two younger kids and everyone was very welcoming. My goal was to get a referral for PT. They answered all my insurance related questions and got the referral sent very quickly. The NPs who saw me were understanding and made me feel like they cared about my health. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated how helpful and efficient everyone was!

I visited Little Lantern Clinic in October for my parents’ immigration medical exam. During the appointment, the clinic informed us that my parents needed additional lab work, which would be done by the lab inside the clinic, Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL). After the lab work was completed, the clinic asked us to pay for the labs upfront. I told the front desk staff to have the bill mailed to my address so I could pay it directly. She told me that if the bill was mailed to my home, I would be charged extra, and insisted that I pay immediately so they could forward the payment to the lab. A month later, I received a bill in the mail from Clinical Pathology Laboratories stating that I still owed the full amount. I contacted Little Lantern Clinic, and they first told me that maybe the lab employee didn’t pass along the payment information. When I called again, they claimed I had never paid. I explained that I had proof of payment, and then they changed their explanation, saying the payment I made was for a “third visit,” even though that visit was only to pick up the completed forms. My husband followed up with them, and they said they would take care of it. But today, I received another bill in the mail asking for payment again. Based on this experience, I would not recommend getting immigration medical exams from this clinic. I strongly suggest not paying lab fees through them—have the lab bill mailed directly to your home instead.

Even after seeing all the negative reviews, I decided to take a risk—and it turned out to be a mistake. I went there for my parents’ immigration paperwork, and they charged us $85 per person for a lab test, claiming it would save us money. We trusted them, but they never paid the lab. For three months, we kept getting payment reminders, and now it has been sent to collections. Every time I called, they said they would handle it and then disconnected the call. We were clearly misled—do not trust them.

I highly recommend Little Lantern Clinic. I have seen multiple providers in the building, and the majority of them were very helpful. Especially Dr lukose , He was able to address my health issues in a way that no other providers were willing to take to heart, and the treatment I’ve received from them has improved my long-term health for the better. They can usually point you in the right direction of those who can provide the proper treatment you may require. I highly suggest this clinic to anyone in need.

Terrible experience! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE! Very rude and disrespectful staff, the front desk staff is very unprofessional, Dr Parker is extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would.
