I have been going to Jasminka for 12 years, and I can confidently say she is the only person I trust with my hair. If you have fine-textured hair, you know how hard it is to find someone who truly understands it—and she gets it on a level that’s rare. Every cut is , flattering, gives me tons of volume, and grows out beautifully. Her balayage work is consistently stunning and healthy-looking. She has always managed to give me beautiful results without using bleach on my dark hair. She listens, she remembers, and she somehow manages to make my hair look like the best version of itself every single time. Jasminka transformed me into a sexy woman! TL;TR: 5 stars hair tailor specialist in Houston. I found her looking for “best hairdresser near me specialized in bands” and she was the 1st in the list. I saw all of the photos from the reviews and thought “She is the exact one I am looking for”. I am so glad I called and booked the reservation with her. I came in with sad hair and I got out with a renewed style that makes me look glowing, sexy and like a woman out of those magazines. As you meet with her, she knows the second she looks at your hair what it is that you need to look your best. Right away, she knew my type of hair, she knew the color I have been doing, she knew my type of face and what cut I needed to enhance my features. She explained everything to me and what she wanted to create.. and I agreed. I trusted her at 100% and let Jasminka do her art. I am so glad I found her. My husband at first didn’t recognize me… it took him a second to realize it was me. He wasn’t in a mood to talk a lot but the very first thing he told me was “Wow, at first I thought you were a stranger opening the car… I really, really like your hair a lot! You are beautiful.” That’s to tell you what effect this new haircut has. My friend later told me “oh my G you are glowing! Your haircut looks like tailored for you and this is so pretty.” And then I explained that Jasminka does that… she tailors your hair based on what is current, what is fashion and based on you, on your unique features. She also taught me a lot about my hair, what I should do, what I shouldn’t do. As we age, women’s hair tend to be thinner and we need to take care of the strands and roots the same way we would do for our skin. I already booked a color appointment with her because I know that from now on, there is 1 hairdresser here that knows exactly what is best for me, for my hair and to keep my hair healthy and beautiful.

I had such a wonderful experience with Jasminka! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She was so kind, attentive, and made the entire appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. Not only did I love the conversation, but I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Yasna has done an amazing job with my hair transformation. I was able to go from a bright red to a brunette balayage. She's managed to achieve the hair color I wanted with no damage to my hair health. Her extensive knowledge and years of experience are apparent in her product selection and application method. You can't do better than her!

I always wait a couple weeks to review my hair cuts/color so I know that I am not just loving the way the stylists did my hair. A couple weeks later, I can say I still love the cut and color Yasna gave me. I gave her a rough idea of how I wanted my hair to look and let her run with her expert knowledge and I have no regrets! Every way I have styled it, curled, straight, half up, pony, etc looks awesome. She recommended I do my part down the middle and I'll never go back to the side part!
