Sign in to reviewHorrible experience. First of all I paid for a 90 minute massage and she only worked me for 65 minutes. Why do therapists do that? If I pay for 90 minutes I expect 90 minutes. Room was super cold. I was shivering and asked her (in Spanish) to turn up the heat or turn down the AC but she didn’t. I asked her if the table was heated since I saw a power cord running to it but she told me it wasn’t. After the massage I looked and it sure looked like a heating blanket to me. Then after I pay I see they charge taxes for their service. I haven’t been to any spa that charges taxes! Definitely disappointed, their website looked outstanding so I drove the 40 minutes to try it out. Needless to say I’ll never visit there again. It’s very sad when you spend this much money and they can’t deliver a proper massage.
My husband and I booked a couple’s massage at Lluvia Massage for our anniversary. The room was decorated nicely, and the ambiance felt special, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing. We booked a 60-minute service, but the session ended around 50 minutes. The ladies didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. Instead of a deep or relaxing massage, it mostly felt like lotion being rubbed on and then wiped off with a cold towel. For the price and occasion, we were hoping for something more professional and therapeutic. While I liked the setting, I wouldn’t return for the massage experience itself.
The only place in Dallas that provides such a unique experience with all the decor and plants!! Paid for a 50min Swedish massage with Lavender aromatherapy, the best massage I’ve ever gotten! Guys don’t miss out!!! ♥️
Got waxed at this place for the first time, Miriam did a really awesome job. She did it as fast and as comfortable while producing excellent results. Will definitely come here again!
My boyfriend and I went here today for our anniversary and oh my goodness I cannot express enough how incredible this place is. It was calming and relaxing right as you enter with the dim lights and plants and crystals and the perfume and scent wall. Everything is beautifully decorated. We filled out a quick massage profile for each of us so they knew our needs. And our couples massage room was decorated with rose petals and candles and dim lighting. Our massages were so thorough and very relaxing. My knots are gone and so are my boyfriends. We loved our massages by Violet and Genesis. We will definitely be returning for more. No one paid us to say this at all I just need the world to know how great this place was because it is a smaller company. They also have calming ambient music and rain sounds playing throughout the spa. 1000 out of 10.
